(中央社記者朱則瑋台北28日電)社運人士王奕凱昨天帶人試圖攀越立法院圍牆，並占據交通要道，中正一警分局今天表示，當下立即舉牌告知違法並勸離，之後將檢視現場蒐證畫面，依法偵辦違法民眾。

中正一分局調查，王奕凱等人因為不滿一例一休等法案，昨天晚上7時40分率眾攜帶木梯，企圖翻越立法院濟南路側圍牆，被警方攔阻，到8時左右，王奕凱號召群眾轉往中山南路與濟南路口中央快車道坐臥，占據要道，拒絕離開。

警方口頭勸導，並於8時20分、30分、40分舉牌警告命令解散，告知群眾已涉嫌刑法公共危險罪及集會遊行法，50分左右，王奕凱帶人改往立法院中山南路大門攀爬立法院圍牆進入立法院前廣場。

警方合力勸阻，但王等5人仍越入立院大門前廣場，警方把人帶離，晚上11時左右，警方第4次舉牌警告，人潮才陸續離去。

中正一分局表示，尊重民眾表達意見自由，但應在合法及理性前提下，有關抗議群眾違法占據道路、製造交通堵塞、妨害公共安全及違反集會遊行法等脫序行為，之後將檢視蒐證畫面，依法偵處。1051028
